Adrien Misigaro and Richard Nick Ngendahayo Begin Australian Gospel Tour

Rwandan gospel musicians Adrien Misigaro and Richard Nick Ngendahayo have arrived in Australia ahead of a three-city tour that will bring Rwandan and African gospel music to audiences in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.

The two US-based artists are part of the African Gospel Echoes 2026 tour, alongside Burundian gospel singer David Nduwimana and other participating musicians.

The tour begins in Brisbane on September 12, continues in Melbourne on September 19, and concludes in Sydney on September 26.

The Artists Have Arrived in Australia

Misigaro and Ngendahayo arrived in Australia on the night of September 7, 2026, according to multiple Rwandan media reports.

They were welcomed by members of the organising team, including Nadine Shema, as well as David Nduwimana, who is also scheduled to perform during the tour.

Their arrival marks the final stage of preparations before the first concert in Brisbane.

Three Cities Confirmed for the Tour

The African Gospel Echoes tour will take place across three major Australian cities:

Although based in the United States, he has remained closely connected to Rwanda's gospel scene through releases, concerts and collaborations.

Richard Nick Ngendahayo Returns to the International Stage

Richard Nick Ngendahayo is another long-established name in Rwandan gospel music.

His catalogue includes songs such as "Yambaye Icyubahiro," "Wemere Ngushime," "Mbwira Ibyo Ushaka," "Ibuka" and "Intwari Batinya."

Ngendahayo returned to releasing music in 2025 after several years away from the studio, making the Australian tour another significant step in his renewed activity.
